      　　做父母的生怕孩子肚子饿，在喂食奶粉时，总想把奶粉调浓一点，喂地多一点，有的甚至认为，只要孩子吃得下，奶粉越浓，就越有营养，果真是这样的吗？

      　　其实，对浓度过高的牛奶，婴儿的胃肠是不能完全吸收的，尤其是蛋白质不能吸收。反而增加了婴儿的胃肠负担，造成腹胀，腹泻，给营养吸收造成障碍。所以，婴儿的奶粉喂食量，一定要与婴儿的月龄相宜。

      　　一般配法是：半月内，每100毫升牛奶中含约9克奶粉;2个月内含12克，3个月内不超过15克。

      　　如果婴儿奶粉的月食量超过标准，会出现厌食症，或是成了肥胖儿。肥胖容易使体内脂肪组织增加，心脏负担过重，造成婴儿动作迟缓，活动减少，发育受到影响，如果是3个月后的婴儿每天食量要控制在1000毫升以内。如果婴儿仍感到饥饿，这时千万别再加奶粉了，只能加代乳粉，以增加碳水化合物的摄入，有利于婴儿生长。

      　　在正常情况下，家长完全不用担心婴儿的营养不足，所以，任何强化婴儿增加食量的做法都是不可取的。
