1. In principle, the quality of the products provided by our company shall be implemented in accordance with the technical standards stipulated by the purchaser. When the purchaser does not have the prescribed technical standards, our company will implement the current national standards, provide products to the purchaser after the purchaser's consent, and ensure the stability and gradual improvement of product quality.
2. The supplier’s product packaging, registered trademarks, etc. comply with relevant national regulations.
3. The purchaser shall store strictly according to the storage conditions indicated on the product packaging, and the purchaser shall be responsible for the product quality problems caused by the improper maintenance of the product by the purchaser.
4. When consumers complain about product quality issues, the supplier shall actively cooperate and properly resolve it. If it is indeed the responsibility of the supplier, the supplier shall bear all the responsibilities and expenses.
5. Treatment of quality disputes (problems):
The purchaser shall inspect the supplier’s products in strict accordance with the established technical standards to ensure the fairness and scientificity of the inspection, and the remaining samples that fail the inspection shall be kept for one week.
If it is indeed a quality problem of the supplier’s production, and if it is not used, it shall be settled through negotiation between the supplier and the buyer.
