      早产儿生下来体质就比普通婴儿差，若是护理不当，很容易引发各种疾病。以下是澳洲购物网小编为家长们带来的护理早产儿的4个要点，家长们一定要清楚了解。

             一、防止感染。早产儿抵抗力差，因此除了专门照看孩子的人外，最好不要让其他人走进早产儿的房间，更不要把孩子抱给外来的亲戚邻居看。专门照看早产儿的人，在给孩子喂奶时，一定要换上干净的衣服，洗净双手。如果妈妈感冒了还要带上口罩再哺乳，哺乳前用肥皂和热水洗手，避免交叉感染。

      　　二、注意保暖。早产儿自我调节温度的能力很差，家庭护理中，室内温度要保持在24-28度，室内相对湿度保持在55%-66%之间。婴儿体温应该保持在36-37度，上午、下午各测体温1次。若最高体温或最低体温相差1度，要立即采取相应措施保证体温稳定。早产儿的体重低于2.5千克时，不要洗澡，可用食用油每2-3天擦擦早产儿的脖子、腋下、大腿根部等皱褶处。

      　　三、多抚摸早产儿。抚摸会给孩子带来触觉上的刺激，这一刺激将在孩子大脑形成一种反射，这时孩子的眼睛、手脚跟着活动起来，当这种活动多了，就能促进孩子智力的发育。而且抚摸还能减少孩子的哭闹，可以更好的睡眠。而腹部的按摩，可以让孩子的消化吸收功能增强。

      　　四、出现以下情况时，要立即就医。

      • 体温下降到35度以下，或升高到38度以上，采取相应的措施升温或降温度没有效果时。

      • 孩子咳嗽、吐白沫、呼吸急促时。

      • 吃奶骤减，脸色蜡黄，哭声很弱时。

      • 突然发生腹胀、痉挛、抽搐时。
